These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Banana Talk Chrome Extension ("Extension") developed by CleverCart ("Company"). By installing and using the Extension, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Extension.

1. Extension Description

   • The Banana Talk Chrome Extension allows users to ask questions about PDF documents directly within the Chrome browser.

2. User Responsibilities

   • You must use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

   • You are solely responsible for the content of the questions you ask using the Extension.

   • You agree not to use the Extension for any malicious or unlawful purposes, including but not limited to spreading malware, infringing intellectual property rights, or engaging in any form of harassment.

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indiana.

11. Severability

    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the use of the Extension and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
